Membership in Charley's Frequent Diner Program is free!  Earn one point for every dollar you spend (excluding tips and taxes) at Charley's Ocean Grill.  Simply present your membership card each time you pay your check.  Your points are credited to your account automatically.  The more often you return, the more points you earn!  For every 400 points you earn, you will automatically receive a $25 Valued Customer Reward Certificate in the mail.  Redeem the certificate on your next visit or use it as a gift.  Simply fill out the form below and click on the Submit button.  Your membership card will be mailed to you.
